The speech will cover important topics on Shanghai's plan, capacity and policy to become a key financial centre in Asia and globally. Deputy Mayor Mr Guangshao Tu will address relevant policy issues on Shanghai's strategy in attracting international talents in financial services industry to work in Shanghai.
