Analyst / Associate for the M&A and big ticket financing business 
- Decent deal experience (preferably in M&A, equity products, but also acceptable if in Rate/FX/commodity derivatives and debt market;
- Preferably with exposure to the following industry: oil/gas/chemical, metals/mining, T&I;
- Decent people skills in terms of relationship building & client management;
- Office in Beijing
Rates and FX candidate
- 4yr plus industry experience in commodity trading, rates and FX;
- Good exposure to major industrial corporate in Chinese mainland;
- Conversant with both western and Chinese business culture and working environment. Can circulate efficiently and effectively both internally and externally;
- Solid marketing experience and strong ability of dealing with SOEs;
- Office in Beijing

Business Development Manager/Director, Retail Banking (Based in Shanghai)
Reporting to the Executive Director, AP Operations based in US, the selected candidate will be primarily
responsible for building a new business pipeline and playing a key role in business development. He/She will
ensure that research projects are aligned with clients’ and industry needs, play a pivotal role in
understanding, qualifying and uncovering the needs of our customers and completing the process of listening
to the voices of the customers, thereby transforming them into viable value-added business initiatives and
solutions.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
You will be an experienced Business Manager with previous experience in a consulting firm or a retail bank.
You are likely to possess:
- University graduate with at least 8 years of relationship management experience from banking
(consumer or private banking); MBA preferred - Must have a solid understanding of retail banking practices, operations, products and the challenges
that they face. - Demonstrated ability to develop and strategize and maintain required prospecting and sales call
metrics - Passion for business development, creative and entrepreneurial
- Understanding of general banking practices and related banking ordinances
- Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin with excellent written and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast pace
environment

Managing Director

- Looking for a Physical Metals and derivatives trader to trade LME and SHFE metals trading
- Intra day prop

- with at least 2-3 years experience and MUST have LME exposure
